Yes. Sessions are designed specifically for people who have never tried yoga before.

I'm not flexible. Is yoga suitable for me?

Flexibility isn't a requirement. You start exactly where you are, and movements are adapted to you.

That's exactly why private sessions exist. It's just you and Pam, in a quiet, unhurried setting.

Whatever makes you feel comfortable to move in. There's no dress code.

Do I need to bring a mat?

No, mats are provided at the studio.

How many people are in the studio?

Yes, 1-to-2 sessions are designed for exactly that.
